With our property measurement services, all measurements are preformed using the latest engineer-grade laser measuring device and tablets enabled with software to get an accurate gross living area and heated living area for your listing. This is crucial for deciding fair market value, don’t leave it up to chance.

Founder Max Shindler was a licensed real estate broker in NC and all homes are measured according to NCREC and ANSI standards. We understand the importance of square footage in relation to value of your home and will work hard to get the most accurate and detailed dimensions of the space.

We have measured hundreds of homes in the Asheville area for many top agents, and have seen many unique home designs and layouts. If it’s been built, we can measure it!

We can also create a beautiful floor plan for use in your marketing materials. Our floor plans will give buyers a complete birds-eye view of your home and help them understand the layout of the home. All floor plans are delivered in a PDF report as well as JPEG images you can use in your digital marketing.
